Report an Uber issue

Use this form to record an incident involving an Uber journey or vehicle in Fife.

Uber Fife is a campaign run by Fife taxi and private-hire operators and drivers. It is not part of Uber, Fife Council or Police Scotland. Sending a report here is not a formal complaint to Fife Council, Police Scotland or any other authority.

We check every report before deciding whether to refer it, and nothing you send is published without your permission.

If anyone is in danger now, call 999.

What kind of issue is it?
What happened

Street, landmark or area, and the town.

Where from and to, and whether booked through the Uber app.

Describe what you saw, in order. Stick to facts.

The vehicle and driver

As shown on the number plate.

Any licence plate or sticker, and the council named on it.

Only what you saw in the app or on a badge. Do not guess.

Your details (optional)

You can report without giving your details, but we will not be able to ask you anything or tell you what happens.

For a reference number and, if you agree below, follow-up questions.

Photos, screenshots or video (optional)

Up to 10 files: photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC), screenshots, PDFs or videos (MP4, MOV). Together they must be under 100.0 MB. Photos can contain the place and time they were taken; that can help, but remove it first if you prefer.

By sending this report you confirm it is true to the best of your knowledge. See our privacy notice for how reports are stored and when they are deleted.
