Why Fight?

Fife Council rejected more than 400 objections to Uber's booking office licence before approving the application.

New evidence raises serious questions about whether Uber's own application was valid and whether the Council followed the law.

We're raising an initial £5,000 through CrowdJustice to fund a legal challenge, with potential costs reaching £20,000.

This is about fairness, accountability and ensuring the law applies equally to everyone.
